This is not a quick fix. This is a space for real, lasting change. Over the course of one year, you will be guided to develop a deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations — not by controlling them, but by learning how to be with them. Your mind has been shaped by years of repeated patterns — overthinking, emotional reactions, and attachment to outcomes. And in the same way, new patterns take time to form.
